Charles Graham



Attorney Charles Graham began his legal career in Georgia by serving as a prosecutor for the Cobb County Office of the Solicitor General.  After trying hundreds of criminal cases, Charles opened his own practice in 2002.  Since 2002, The Graham Firm has had the honor of representing thousands of citizens throughout the state of Georgia and abroad in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury, big truck accidents, and entertainment.  In the last decade,  the firm has concentrated its efforts and resources on helping injured persons by collecting over $60 million in verdicts and settlements.

Born and raised in Gulfport, Mississippi, Charles attended Howard University (Washington, DC) where he studied microbiology and chemistry and earned his Bachelor of Science degree.  Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army.  Attorney Graham later earned his law degree at Southwestern University School of Law (Los Angeles, CA).

Gloria D. Berry was born in Jackson, GA, she has been a resident of Griffin most of her life.  She received her paralegal and business certifications from Griffin Technical College.  She started her legal career as a legal assistant at the Kendall Law Firm in Griffin, GA.  There she learned the fundamental skills of prosecuting personal injury claims.   Since then, Gloria has amassed over twenty-five years of legal knowledge and experience in helping families throughout the state of Georgia get the justice they deserve when someone has been injured.

As a mother of three beautiful daughters, Ms. Berry has developed the care and compassion rarely seen in the legal environment to assist and serve our clients.   She possesses a firm belief that when a client walks into our firm, they should be treated with the love, respect, and dignity given to a member of our family.  As a result, many friends and neighbors throughout Spalding, Butts, Pike, Lamar, Clayton, Henry, and Fulton counties, call upon The Graham Firm because of Ms. Berry’s proven track record of results for our clients.

C.R. – A young lady was broken down on the interstate when a distracted truck driver drifted off the interstate rear-ending our client. The client was ejected from her vehicle and suffered a moderate traumatic brain injury, broken bones, and other injuries. After several years of litigation in federal court, the trucking company settled the lawsuit prior to trial.

I.P. – Father of two was shot and killed in a case of mistaken identity at his apartment complex in Dunwoody. After a lawsuit was filed and successfully responding to several efforts by the apartment complex to have the case dismissed, the defendants settled the case after mediation.


M.B. – A grandmother slipped and fell in a major discount retail store in Griffin the morning after a heavy rain flooded the store. The store failed to properly warn patrons of the dangerous condition. M.B. suffered a torn rotator cuff and other injuries requiring surgery and physical therapy. A settlement was reached prior to trial after a lawsuit was filed.
