Meet Charles Graham

Attorney Charles Graham began his legal career in Georgia by serving as a prosecutor for the Cobb County Office of the Solicitor General. After trying hundreds of criminal cases, Charles opened his own practice in 2002. Since 2002, The Graham Firm has had the honor of representing thousands of citizens throughout the state of Georgia and abroad in the areas of criminal defense, entertainment, and personal injury including, big truck accidents, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, and slip and fall injuries. In the last decade, the firm has concentrated its efforts and resources on helping injured persons by collecting millions in verdicts and settlements.

Born and raised in Gulfport, Mississippi, Charles attended Howard University (Washington, DC) where he studied microbiology and chemistry and earned his Bachelor of Science degree. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. Attorney Graham later earned his law degree at Southwestern University School of Law (Los Angeles, CA).

Brandyn L. Randall

Litigation Attorney

Brandyn L. Randall is a complex litigation attorney who has worked alongside The Graham Firm for more than 3 years. For The Graham Firm, she specializes in personal injury cases and primarily focuses on cases with catastrophic injuries, including trucking and premises liability cases.

With over 15 years of legal experience, including 11 years as a licensed attorney, Attorney Randall zealously represents injured clients in matters involving motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls and other accidents caused by third party negligence. She is known for her strategic counsel, litigation experience, negotiation skills, and client-focused representation.

Before joining The Graham Firm, Attorney Randall represented individuals and businesses in complex civil litigation. With experience spanning plaintiff and defense litigation, she has successfully handled high-value disputes in state and federal courts, guiding clients through all phases of litigation, negotiation, and trial. This experience provides valuable insight into personal injury claims and how to strategically and efficiently maximize favorable results for clients.

In addition to client work, Attorney Randall has advised organizations on governance, policy development, risk assessment, and operational strategy. Her experience includes working with nonprofit leadership to develop policies, evaluate organizational effectiveness, and implement safeguards designed to reduce legal and operational risk.

Attorney Randall earned a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. She is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Meet Gloria D. Berry

Senior Paralegal

Gloria D. Berry was born in Jackson, GA, she has been a resident of Griffin most of her life. She received her paralegal and business certifications from Griffin Technical College. She started her legal career as a legal assistant at the Kendall Law Firm in Griffin, GA. There she learned the fundamental skills of prosecuting personal injury claims. Since then, Gloria has amassed over twenty-five years of legal knowledge and experience in helping families throughout the state of Georgia get the justice they deserve when someone has been injured.

As a mother of three beautiful daughters, Ms. Berry has developed the care and compassion rarely seen in the legal environment to assist and serve our clients. She possesses a firm belief that when a client walks into our firm, they should be treated with the love, respect, and dignity given to a member of our family. As a result, many friends and neighbors throughout Spalding, Butts, Pike, Lamar, Clayton, Henry, and Fulton counties, call upon The Graham Firm because of Ms. Berry’s proven track record of results for our clients.

When Ms. Berry isn’t working hard for our clients, she enjoys fishing, football games, traveling, and spending time with her large family. She is a huge fan of blues and old-school R&B music and you may run into her at a concert throughout the southeastern United States.

Alisha Clark

Litigation Paralegal

Alisha has 20 years of legal experience focusing on personal injuries, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death. She joined The Graham Firm in 2006 as a litigation paralegal, supporting Attorney Charles D. Graham, and, also providing support to the other members of The Graham Firm. As the lead litigation paralegal, Alisha actively supports the prosecution of claims from inception through discovery and trial. She prioritizes regular contact with the Firm’s clients, providing them with updates and assistance throughout the entire litigation process.

Her roles also include managing the discovery process, all document production, drafting of pleadings and correspondence, as well as, maintaining the case calendars and deadlines. She is an integral part of preparing for mediations, case evaluations, hearings, and trials. Alisha was raised in Schenectady, New York, and moved to the Atlanta area in 1999. Her daughter, Asiyah, graduated from Mountain View Highschool in Lawrenceville, Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and being outdoors.

Ashlei Minatee

Paralegal/Office Manager - Griffin

A New Jersey native, Ashlei has over 10 years of personal injury experience. She joined The Graham Firm family in 2019 as a case manager where she provided support to our clients through all phases of their cases. She now leads the case management team to ensure all medical records, bills, and other documentation relating to each case, communicates with medical facilities and insurance adjusters, and prepares and submits client settlement demand packages.

After years of providing excellent service as a case manager, Ashlei was added to the litigation team. Prior to filing a lawsuit, The Graham Firm employs several layers of review of each file prior to filing a lawsuit. Ashlei assists the litigation paralegal and attorneys by ensuring that each required element is present before drafting and filing a lawsuit for the Firm’s clients. In her free time, Ashlei can often be found cheering her two sons on the baseball field or traveling to different parts of the world with her family and friends.

Sierra James

Sierra is a senior case manager specializing in personal injury and property damage claims. She joined The Graham Firm as a receptionist in February 2016. She graduated from Southern Crescent Technical College’s legal studies program in 2018 and later earned her bachelor’s degree from South University.

Sierra serves as a senior/high value case manager at The Graham Firm, where she plays a vital role in assisting clients with their personal injury claims. This includes submitting client settlement demand packages, coordinating medical referrals, handling documentation, and communicating with medical facilities and insurance adjusters. Additionally, Sierra ensures that clients are updated regularly on the progress of their claims. She also provides support in managing the firm's multiple offices.

In addition to her degree in legal studies, Sierra obtained a master's cosmetologist license in 2013. In her free time, she operates her hairstyling salon and loves to work out, cook, and travel with family and friends.

Jaela graduated from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies. She joined The Graham Firm in 2021, working as a receptionist/legal secretary. She quickly transitioned into her current position of Intake Manager, where she utilizes her impeccable communication skills assisting new clients during the entire intake process.

Jaela’s vital role as Intake Manager serves as the first layer of case evaluation, collection of evidence, and prosecution of personal injury claims. The clients at The Graham Firm can expect to be greeted with her bubbly personality and helpful knowledge of the claims process. She also provides direct support to case managers. One of her strengths is her attention to detail and she ensures that all information contained in each file is complete and accurate allowing the case managers to perform their duties seamlessly.

Jaela was born and raised in Libertyville, IL. After graduating college, she moved to Georgia to join her family in Griffin. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, attending concerts, and cooking plant-based meals.

Since joining the firm seven months ago, Britney has become known for her warm communication style and genuine dedication to helping clients through challenging times.

Outside of work, Britney enjoys staying active at the gym, going to live concerts, and trying new restaurants. She is also currently pursuing her degree in Business Marketing, further developing her creativity and communication skills.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Conflict Management and a Master’s degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution, which have provided me with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and client advocacy.

Prior to joining the firm, I spent five years as a Case Administrator, where I developed extensive experience managing case workflows, coordinating client communications, and maintaining detailed records in fast-paced legal and administrative environments. As a bilingual professional, I am proud to help bridge communication gaps and provide exceptional service to a diverse client base, ensuring every client feels heard, understood, and supported throughout the intake process.
